For Betsy & Lizzie

One of our children's babysitters likes fairies. This poem made me think of her as well as my daughter Liz.

I'd Love to be a Fairy's Child
by Robert Graves

Children born of fairy stock
Never need for shirt or frock
Never want for food or fire
Always get there heart's desire:
Jingle pockets full of gold
Marry when they're 7 years old.
Every child fairy may keep
Two strong ponies and ten sheep;
All have houses, each his own
Built of brick or granite stone
They live on cherries, they run wild-
I'd love to be a Fairy's child.

Awww-w-w-w...thanks for thinking of my girl, Rhonda. I'll make sure I show it to her tomorrow.

Love you!

Elysa

P.S. I want to hear all about how things went this morning! :)
